Processing temperatures in the range of 500 – 800°C are challenging for most materials available on the market for the production of bar code labels. Our materials withstand even the harshest production environments, including temperatures of above 600°C in steel and aluminium production.
High temperature labels for PCBs
ORYX Technologies offers labels which are resistant to high temperatures encountered in lead-free solder baths and re-flow processes.
The labels withstand extreme temperatures of up to 350°C. Another advantage is the fact that the labels are resistant to the chemicals included in cleaning processes. Thus, important data such as bar codes or serial numbers remain readable.
Further, we offer a broad range of standard labels from 4×4 mm to your desired size.
